Unacceptable: Fellow is either unmotivated or differently motivated
Acceptable: Fellow is motivated to contribute to STEM education by some awareness of educational need and of his or her unique opportunities for addressing it
Exemplary: Fellow is highly motivated contribute to STEM education by rich awareness of educational need and of his or her unique opportunities for addressing it
